In 2010, For Five emerged as a vision brought to life by two lifelong friends, Stefanos Vouvoudakis and Tom Tsiplakos, both hailing from Queens. Their enduring friendship, forged in a Whitestone classroom back in third grade, laid the foundation for a remarkable journey. Together, they embarked on the venture of specialty coffee, establishing their roasting facility in Maspeth, Queens. Their initial clientele included restaurants and wholesale accounts, but in 2016, they took a bold step, opening For Five Coffee's inaugural cafe right in the heart of Times Square, on West 46th Street.

With each new cafe unveiling, For Five commits to crafting distinct havens for coffee connoisseurs, a testament to our founders New York roots and unwavering passion for creating exceptional experiences. Beyond coffee, For Five infuses unique architectural and design elements into each location.
